Every Nation Ministries & A Blog That Tells the History

During my time at Our Savior’s Church in Lafayette, Louisiana, the church was a member of what was called Morning Star International (MSI), which later turned into Every Nation Ministries (EN).

Every Nation Ministries had a bible training group called Victory Leadership Institute (VLI).

It turns out that Every Nation Ministries may be the same group with the same roots in leadership as Maranatha. I’ve had a few emails from readers who saw my connection to an Every Nation church, and asked me if I had any information on Maranatha.

I haven’t done extensive research on EN/MSI or Maranatha, but I’d like to introduce you to someone who has: Ulyankee. She runs a blog called Shepherding/Discipleship Movement Survivor’s Blog: The present-day impact of the Shepherding/Discipleship movement from the perspective of a former member of Morning Star International (now Every Nation Churches and Ministries).

Ironically, Ulyankee and I attended Our Savior’s Church at the same time, yet I didn’t know her then. We’ve since connected via email and she’s shared a great deal of useful information with me that I hope to share in the future with you. Until then, please peruse her voluminous blog to discover some of the roots of abusive or false teaching that has made Our Savior’s Church what it is.

Some key players that I’ve had personal experience with who either run Every Nation Ministries or have had an historic past in EN leadership include:

Rice Broocks

Jim Lafoon (to which Daniel Jones is still very connected with)

Leo Lawson

Steve Murrell

and more…(this list to updated soon)

  1. I encourage You do first and foremost be obedient to the Lord but the Lord I do not believe sowed nor planted this ministry ever but they are established on their own authority….If you read about the name Cain in the bible, in Hebrew it means to acquire, to take something that does not belong to You. Brooks has made money off of this process by breaking and dividing and conquering churches through manipulation, coercion, and just witchcraft to tell you plainly. Moreover, if you look at the word Egypt in hebrew spelled mitzrayim which comes from the root tsar pronounced like “czar.” Many czars in this church but that’s not the point; its meaning is the point. It means pressed in, prison or trouble or straights…the prefix mem means “what is “. So it means what is pressed in, (prefix) trouble, ( prefix) prison. It’s interesting I bring this up because I remember hearing the Lord speak to me about this church and He likened it unto a house of bondage,, ie Egypt… Let me tell you there is indeed bondage there and its terrible because they equate listening to YHVH’s word to theirs.. In the levitical law YHVH states you CANNOT SOW YOUR FIELD WITH DIVERSE SEED less the vineyard be defiled and then it must be burned. This is because there is only ONE GOOD seed and that seed is the seed of the messiah. So for example if the Lord told you to go to school and they, ie the leaders didn’t approve then you had to obey them and this is how the seed , ie the good seed get’s corrupted and in turn is destroyed because the tares are preventing the wheat from reproducing. This is demoic and its exactly what EN does….just ask them.. Does everything have to be approved through leadership and they will tell you yep… It a prototype of pharoah who wanted  to be GOd yet YHVH spoke and said let my epople to go so they can worship me… come out from among them… While you are there and being “taught” you are not only being indoctrinated but the seed is being planted inside you so when you come out it is like a rubber band effect…the lord must root out what He did  NOT plant… People have come out of this cult with post tramatic stress disorder, bi polar and other mental illnesses..the biggest thing about these kinds of groups is that from the beginning they want you to submit to them..they didn’t come to serve you but to take away your rights… right there is sums it up for you…. do not do not go there it is a cult…
